Mount Shasta – Division 16
We of The California Retired Teachers’ Association, Division #16 welcome you to our website. CalRTA is the largest retired educators’ organization in the nation. The core purpose of CalRTA is “to protect and advocate for the interests of retired educators”.
Our association is built around the concept that we need to help one another to achieve what we cannot achieve alone.
Our Mount Shasta Division serves Modoc, Shasta, and Trinity Counties. With over 500 members, we join over 50,000 CalRTA educators in working to sponsor pertinent legislation and to monitor the Legislature related to bills that affect retired educators. We also provide a variety of services and programs to enhance and dignify the lives of our members.
